High-Quality Diagnostic Imaging: To ensure accurate, clear, and timely imaging for diagnosis and enhance the quality of images produced, minimize errors, and improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic imaging with provision of proper training for radiologic technologists, and maintain up-to-date equipment.

    2. Patient Safety
    Minimize risks associated with imaging procedures, including radiation exposure. Ensure safe practices in all radiologic exams, including the use of the lowest possible radiation dose and proper shielding. Implement protocols for radiation dose optimization, use non-invasive imaging when possible, and closely monitor patient safety throughout the imaging process.

    3. Timely and Efficient Service
    Deliver imaging services promptly to avoid delays in diagnosis and treatment. Reduce patient wait times for appointments and ensure quick turnaround for image interpretation. Streamline scheduling, improve workflow and use electronic health records (EHR) to facilitate information sharing.
